Eligibility for Return/Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product delivered
Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear images or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
Refund Process

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other suitable methods within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

In eligible cases, replacement may be provided instead of a refund.
